Happy Valentine’s Day! Seven days to go, y’all, until the Seventh So Bad It’s Good Blogathon. Who’s excited about this? We’ve got a variety of posts coming from you, our intrepid bloggers, and I don’t know about the rest of you, but I always love watching the badness unfold.
And as always, if anyone would like to join us, there are plenty of choices and spots left, so feel free to contact me! All the details can be found here.
Now as for that video, who’s familiar with Hollywood Graveyard? If not, it’s a fascinating YouTube channel devoted to the final resting places of famous and less-than-famous historical figures and other notables. Owner Arthur Dark does what he calls “Viewer’s Specials” now and then, in which us watchers contribute footage of graves. Guess who sent in some vids last year? Yep, that would be yours truly.
My footage is right at the beginning (Rattlesnake Dick and Mary Eulalie Shannon), but I encourage everyone to watch the whole video because it’s awesome. I’m really not trying to brag here, but I’m excited. Hollywood Graveyard is one of my favorite channels.
All right, my contribution to the “We Love Musicals Week” is coming up this evening (around 8 PM Pacific time), and a new “During World War Two” post is coming up on Tuesday. Have a great weekend, all, and I hope to see you next week…

A review of The Space Children is here: https://silverscreenings.org/2025/02/20/second-thoughts-about-the-space-children-1958/
Also, congrats on your footage being included in the Hollywood Graveyard episode. I had a look, and I think you missed your calling, you aspiring filmmaker, you!
